Our artistic director is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and our staff have a wealth of expertise and qualifications across the arts and learning disability. 

All our staff and volunteers have enhanced DBS checks and are trained in safeguarding adults, health and safety, First Aid, fire-safety, equality and diversity and many other qualifications specific to their areas.
